I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the shoreline area of Connecticut. I recieved my training at Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and graduated in 2006. During my 18 month of school I was  trained in a variety of modalities, I am specializing in Myofascial and Deep Tissue work and I am dedicated about Therapeutic Massages ability to help others.

There is great reseach that being developed throughthe National Institute of Health and thAmerican MassagE therapy Association that has provides solid evidence that Massge Therpy as a long term health investment enhances wellness and has many valuable and lasting health bennefits. I like the fact that massage increases a persons ability to find effective and lasting pain releif without taking the dangerous risks of developing long term side effects from pharmaceuticals or invasive procedures that can be harmful to your health.
